چکیده
Human endeavors generate a significant quantity of bio-waste, even lignocellulosic waste, due to rapid industrialization and urbanization, can cause pollution aquatic ecosystems, contribute detrimental animal human health because the toxicity consequent hydrolysis products. This paper contributes new understanding waste bio-pretreatment process from literature review, which provide better biorefinery operational outcomes. The simultaneous partial biological lignin, cellulose hemicellulose lysis, i.e., semi-lignino-holocellulolysis, is aimed at suggesting that when ligninolysis ensues, holocellulolysis simultaneously performed for milled instead having sequential initial subsequent as currently norm. It presumed such be solely by digestive enzyme cocktails monkey cups species Nepenthes, white brown rot fungi, some plant exudates. From it was evident pretreatment largely incomplete, including ensues milled. further proposed facilitated using an environmentally friendly approach means. For understood applied on industrial scale, interdisciplinary engineering microbiology techniques required.

Pretreatment Impact on Biomethanation of Lignocellulosic Waste
Lignocelluloses are often a major or sometimes the sole components of different waste streams from various industries, forestry, agriculture and municipalities. Hydrolysis of these materials is the first step for either digestion to biogas (methane) or fermentation to ethanol. However, enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocelluloses with no pre-treatment is usually not so effective because of high stab...
متن کاملExtrusion Pretreatment of Lignocellulosic Biomass: A Review
Bioconversion of lignocellulosic biomass to bioethanol has shown environmental, economic and energetic advantages in comparison to bioethanol produced from sugar or starch. However, the pretreatment process for increasing the enzymatic accessibility and improving the digestibility of cellulose is hindered by many physical-chemical, structural and compositional factors, which make these material...
متن کاملHydrothermal Pretreatment of Lignocellulosic Biomass and Kinetics
The study focus was an examination of the hydrothermal pretreatment method applied to the lignocellulosic substrate, represented by the prairie cord grass, and comparison between different conditions based on the yield of glucose after enzymatic hydrolysis. The treatment did not involve any chemicals usage. Enzymatic hydrolysis was performed in order to examine the amount of glucose which was r...
متن کاملPretreatment of Lignocellulosic Biomass into Reducing Sugars
Lignocellulosic biomass is the most abundant renewable raw material on the earth and it is so far the most suitable and promising resource for the production of biofuels to replace long-term use of fossil oil. This research aims to convert lignocellulose-based industrial residuals, fibre sludge (FS) from a pulp mill and pine sawdust (PSD) from a sawmill, into platform sugars by two different bi...
